Axvir is a gender identity that is a combination of Agender and Proxvir. It can fluctuate, but it doesn’t have too. The percent of each part (Proxvir and Agender) can be whatever, and can fluctuate.
This can also fall underneath the terms Bigender and Proxvirflux.
The feminine version of this is Axera.
