A combination between Demi- fluid and Demi- flux.

A part of your gender is static but the other fluctuates in intensity and may change genders.

Think of it as flashlights. You have two flashlights. One is the same, it does not change no matter what. That is your static gender. The other changes color and/or brightness. This is your fluid/flux.

It is best to look at demi-flux and/or demi-fluid definitions if you still are confused.
