Totumgender is a gender identity when you feel 100% like a select gender all of the time, but you occasionally experience minute amounts of any different gender(s) on top of that. The gender(s) on top of your dominant gender, when they're there, do not change the fact you feel 100% that dominant gender. Although, they do still add on.
Example: You feel 100% like a boy all the time, but you you see that sometimes you feel 10% female and other times you feel 5% agender on top of that.
